Hi friends! 

My name is Nikki. I am so excited that you would venture to my blog page. This blog page is like a diary for me. I am not a scholar, nor am I a theologian. I am not highly trained in biblical studies. I am just a sister in Christ trying to walk the narrow path. I am a wife and mother, of three amazing daughters, who works a full time job. And I struggle everyday with worldly problems.

 

 

 

For twenty years I was apart from the Lord and lived a very rebellious life. After the birth of my first child, my brokenness lead me to the Lord and I was saved. From that moment on I have pursued him strongly and have persisted in never stopping. My pursuit of him has blessed me with his presence in my life. He teaches me in very unique ways and speaks to me in what turns into writings. I call this my diary because it spurs from things the Lord is speaking to me. Things he wants to change, fix, or grow in me. So mostly these blogs are my interpretation on the Lord guiding me, correcting me, or just teaching me. Sometimes they are thoughts I have and conversations that take place between myself and the holy spirit. When I am able to capture these thoughts and bring them to fruition in writing, the power of what the Lord was trying to say to me comes to life. So, these blogs are for me. But I truly hope and pray that as he is persistent on teaching and growing me a few of you might come along on the journey with us. I hope you watch me grow in the Lord on this page through my blogs, and I pray that perhaps you could even grow a little with me.

 

 

 

This page is called “Directing my path” because Proverbs 3:6 is my heart for the journey. That in everything I do, I would seek him and he would direct me.
